Several days of meetings amongst Greens from all over the world. I was invited as a speaker by the African Greens Federation.
The topic was how to win elections – easier to say than to actually do. After 25 years as an elected politician at all levels – from municipality to European Union – I’ve participated in so many campaigns and gained a lot of experience. Also about how to loose them. So I tried to give good examples of both – to learn from both the good ones and the looser ones.
We need greens all over the world and we can never share our experiences too much to help younger parties and politicians not to commit the same mistakes we’ve already done.
