A new interesting challenge added after the strangest year in my life. A pandemic that showed us all that what matters is not always what we believed matter. For many years I’ve been working in a very male dominated environment. Arms exports, security and defence. A story about the security threats in our world in terms of military threats prevailing over the threats to our human security. And very little about the many other threats arising from military interventions around the world.
So what is security? And what kind of defence do we need? Looking forward to discuss this with hundreds of women in the coming year.
